Zachary and I recently rediscovered the magic of El Gallo Giro, a cute little authentic Mexican restaurant here in Provo. Each time we order from the "BYU deals" portion of the menu. Zac gets 2 hard shelled tacos and I get 2 large flour flautas. Then we make a trade- 1 taco for 1 flauta.
¡Que rico!
This photo was taken last Saturday. I was looking glamorous after a day full of studying. Zac had been working on a scholarship application for dental school all day. This was our little break.
Yesterday I received a frantic call from Zachary about 45 minutes before our outdoor recreation class was to start. He was "starving" and needed to make a Gallo Giro run before we went rock climbing. By the time we met up on campus, changed into our climbing clothes, and made it to El Gallo Giro, we had about 20 minutes before class started. We got our food with 10 minutes to the hour. Talk about scarfing a meal. CHANCHITOS! As we stood up to run out, our waiter turned around and looked at us in confusion. He must have thought we didn't like our food because he made it clear than he didn't realize we were already done eating. Don't worry. Zachary was filled and we made to the Quarry to rock climb only 5 short minutes late!
